Electric Boiling Pan (Line 90 2mm)
The boiling pans are made of stainless steel with AISI 316 steel bottoms and are available in two versions to respond to different needs. The model with direct heating is ideal for cooking very liquid meals, such as broths, while the indirect heating pan is recommended for more dense dishes, such as soups and sauces. Indeed, in the latter case the pan heating is homogeneous on most of the surface of the tank, thanks to a jacket filled with water that prevents cooking food from sticking to the sides of the pan. For rapid cooking times, models with an autoclave at 0.05 bars are also available. Thanks to the pressure increase inside the pan they can cook at higher temperatures. Each model is equipped with a mixing tap for loading water and with a rapid drainage cock. Baskets for pasta or rice are available as accessories.
