The lava stone under the stainless steel grill intensifies the barbeque aroma and cooks the food by radiation. The temperature is uniform over the whole cooking surface, thanks to special stainless steel tubular burners. The splashback on three sides and the lava stone support can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. The cooking grids can be height-adjusted and removed for cleaning. The 80 cm-wide model has separate heating controls for the two separate zones. The waste collection tray and fat collection tray are easily extractable. The ignition is piezoelectric.
