Electric TILTING PANS (Line 90 2mm)

The TILTING pan bottom can be made of Fe360 mild steel, which guarantees elevated heat conductibility on the entire surface, or of compound, which combines the conductibility of iron with the resistance of stainless steel to water and acidic corrosion. As an alternative to the manual lifting mechanism, upon request motorized versions are available. The tanks have rounded corners for easy cleaning. The water tap on the top is managed by a convenient cock located on the front of the appliance.

  • Made of stainless steel
  • 2-mm-thick top
  • Equipped with adjustable feet. It can be positioned by the wall or combined with other appliances as a central island.
  • Lid made entirely of AISI304 stainless steel
  • Water dispenser on the rear, tap on front panel
  • Heating elements shielded with Incoloy 800v
  • Thermostat for controlling temperatures from 45° to 300°C
