The TILTING pan bottom can be made of Fe360 mild steel, which guarantees elevated heat conductibility on the entire surface, or of compound, which combines the conductibility of iron with the resistance of stainless steel to water and acidic corrosion. As an alternative to the manual lifting mechanism, upon request motorized versions are available. The tanks have rounded corners for easy cleaning. The water tap on the top is managed by a convenient cock located on the front of the appliance.
